Babbingtons Restaurant offers breakfast seven days a week, lunch Monday to Friday and dinner Monday to Saturday. Flooded with natural light by day and overlooking the illuminated bushland reserve, hotel pool and landscaped gardens by night, the restaurant provides one of Charlestown and Newcastle’s most unique dining settings.

The menu focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern Australian flavours, with the culinary team led by Head Chef William Collins, who has been part of the Babbingtons team since 2013. Inspired by French and Italian cuisine, Chef Collins combines timeless favourites with contemporary dishes designed to suit both casual diners and special occasions.
