My room was excellent, very clean and quiet, with plenty of room. Balcony had a great view of our lovely Aussie bushland (at least a mini version), with native birds going about their business. Restaurant was excellent as well, with very friendly staff and the food I ordered was excellent!

My wife and I recently stayed here due to a medical emergency and had to rush to Newcastle. Apollo and the staff were just brilliant, we explained the circumstances for our stay and that we would not be checking in until early hour's and they could not be more accommodating and had even given us a room upgrade for our stay, staff each day had asked about our son and showed genuine concern and heartfelt compassion, food from the room service menu was just outstanding. The entire premises was immaculate and very clean and our room was amazing. Thankyou to all the staff and management it's a truly amazing place to stay.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff were welcoming. We loved the dining options, every meal was delicious, with a great variety to choose from and such a wonderful atmosphere. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more special and memorable. We will definitely be back and for the price, highly recommend this hotel to others!
